Dunmore's coatings for various printing applications are designed with versatility in mind. Our printable film coatings can be modified to work with solvent and water-based inks as well as UV-curable silkscreen, flexographic, offset / letterpress inks and thermal transfer. Our high-clarity printable film options are compatible with the following print processes:

Digital Printable Film Options

Dunmore's digital printable film contains proprietary coatings designed to meet the needs of digital presses. The coating is transparent and is available on several base films including clear and white polyester film, white rigid vinyl, clear and white oriented polypropylene film (BOPP), and a variety of other film types. It is non-blocking with outstanding ink adhesion, rapid dry time and provides excellent print quality.

Dunmore's coated films are available on a wide range of thin film (typically 1 and 2 mil) substrates. These digital label materials are typically coated at wide-web (50"-61") for the pressure-sensitive coating industry and the banner and display market. Digital printable films can also be produced up to 80" wide if your processing capabilities require a wide width format.
