Dunmore engineers and manufacturers a wide selection of surface protection film options with excellent abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant, and scratch-resistant properties. Our UV cured hardcoat film technologies are offered on a variety of film substrates from polyester to polycarbonate. Dunmore's uniquely formulated scratch-resistant surfaces (SRS) are used in appliances, membrane switch overlays, touch screen overlaminates, labels, merchandizing and product displays. These surface protection films are also used for LCD protective film, UV protective film and adhesive protective film. We custom engineer surface protection films with the highest abrasion and scratch resistant properties while maintaining optical clarity.

Hardcoat Film and Protective Film Finishes
Multiple finishes are available on our surface protection film options, such as matte, clear, super clear, gloss, and supergloss, giving your scratch resistant surface the required features and aesthetics. Textured hardcoats and surface effects films are also available. These films can be used to simulate different materials, such as faux-finish stainless steel and colors can be added to duplicate the complexion of existing surfaces. Additionally, our hardcoat films can be used in conjunction with our full line of three-star, highest rated, HP Indigo® certified digital topcoats and print media. Drawing on our forty years of coatings manufacturing, we are able to engineer and manufacture custom surface protection film for many uses.
Surface Protection Film Applications
Dunmore's hardcoat films and surface protection film are engineered to withstand the most abrasive and unforgiving conditions. Our hardcoated films are used as:
