Laminating Films

SURFACING FILM AND LAMINATING FILM FOR PLASTIC, METAL AND WOOD
DUNMORE engineers and manufactures metallized film and color-coated films and laminates that are used to create unique surface effects for a wide variety of applications. Metallized and/or coated polyester, vinyl and BOPP films create surface appearance textures such as stainless steel, nickel, brass and copper. These surfacing films are then laminated to steel, plastic, wood or other materials to create the desired look.
DUNMORE surfacing films are used on:

  • Appliances
  • Electronics
  • In automobiles
  • In home décor
  • In all kinds of furniture and interior building products

Additional surfacing film features provide cosmetic enhancements, added value and functionality, such as:

  • Color matching
  • Abrasion resistance
  • Scratch resistance
  • Smudge resistance
  • Fingerprint resistance
  • Anti-microbial coating

DUNMORE adhesive-coated films for extrusion lamination to ABS, HIPS, and PVC are the industry standards for decorative-trim requirements. Our metallized, glossy, etched, film-to-film laminates for application to board are used for many point-of-purchase display applications.
